This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in order to inform the consumer before placing an order.

3. Delivery and Shipping

Orders placed before 4 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day.

  • For orders under 2000 TL, the shipping fee is 79.90 TL.

  • Orders of 2000 TL and above qualify for free shipping.

Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company's terms and conditions.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the Return & Exchange Form available on the website must be completed.

5. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders placed more than 15 days prior.

  • Returns and exchanges can be made free of charge via PTT Cargo.

  • For shipments made with other shipping companies, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

  • The cost of shipping items returned to the seller with payment on delivery will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Payment Information

Payments are processed through the secure payment infrastructure offered on the website. The seller does not save or share payment information with third parties.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this preliminary information, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

8. Approval

The consumer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Preliminary Information Form before confirming their order.
