Return & Exchange Policy
All orders placed with DGR Store before 4 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. For orders under 49.90 TL, a standard shipping fee of 7.90 TL applies. Orders over 49.90 TL are shipped free of charge. We take great care to ensure your orders arrive undamaged, using special boxes for packaging.
According to the law, you have an unconditional right to withdraw from your order within 15 days. You can request a return within 15 days of the order completion date by filling out the form in the return section of our website. Return requests for orders placed after 15 days will not be accepted. The same conditions apply to exchanges. You can send your return shipment free of charge via PTT Cargo. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for return/exchange packages sent via other courier companies. Otherwise, if the return is sent with shipping costs paid by our company, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and invoiced to you.
