2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement concerns the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website, and defines the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to this transaction.

3. Product Information

The type, kind, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the products consist of the information specified during the ordering process and are an integral part of this agreement.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped within the specified timeframe after payment confirmation. The Seller is not responsible for any problems arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the Return & Exchange form available on the website must be completed.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange conditions apply as stated in the Return and Exchange Policy on the website. Requests exceeding the stated period will not be accepted.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

8. Entry into force

By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
